It was very well packaged, and given the vagaries of the Postal Service, it arrived in very good shape. This result encourages us to maybe widen our market in the gallery and offer the possibility of commissioned pieces. And, of course, we are going to keep up our general orders for metal prints of our work in 2019.

Pat, | Not happy I am not happy with your service. On April 17. I was miss-leaded by your information to assume that the regular delivery time was 5 days, and I gave 20% extra $ to have my frame in 2 days. When I tracked the package, the expected delivery day was April 29. I missed my deadlines because of that. I expect to get my 33$ for \'speedy delivery\' back.
You may be loosing big orders from me. This was a test order. Also, the marked weight on the parcel was 2x more than reality (hence the larger amount for delivery then promised by your Web-page?) Very negative experience.
